ARTICLE 10 - EXCLUSIVITY OF DISTRIBUTION, IMPORTATION, and BRAND LICENCE
Stargate Enterprise and Sapphiria DeSade is the holder of exclusivity contracts for distribution and importation of the Sapphiria's Empire brand covering worldwide , under which it is mentioned by name in the brands printed and website catalogues.
In order to ensure its customers are informed of this fact, Stargate Enterprise clearly points out these exclusivities in all its communication media (www.sapphiria-empire.com website, e-mail).
Every Sapphiria's Empire brand retailer is therefore fully aware of these exclusivities, and thereby accepts the consequences thereof.
By this token, retailers acknowledge that they may not obtain Sapphiria's Empire articles other than through Stargate Enterprise, to the exclusion of any other company or individual, in whatever country they are based or operating.
Anyone in breach of this agreement runs the risk of prosecution in the relevant courts.
Furthermore, these exclusivities apply equally to any distributors who might seek to supplier retailers based in worldwide.
Stargate Enterprise is also the holder of an exclusive Licence for the use of the Sapphiria's Empire brand in worldwide.
As a result, Stargate Enterprise reserves the right to control, authorize, or prohibit the use of the brand (name, images, logos) within the named territories, and this, at any time, without any restriction, and with regard to whomever.
Stargate Enterprise has a legal department tasked with monitoring the sound and strict application of these contracts.
ARTICLE 11 - RIGHT OF USE FOR SAPPHIRIA'S EMPIRE IMAGES, LOGOS, VISUALS AND OTHER PUBLICITY MATERIAL
With effect from the moment when a customer purchases on the www.sapphiria-empire.com website, Stargate Enterprise (which holds the exclusive Sapphiria's Empire intellectual property rights for worldwide) grants to the customer a right of use for the Sapphiria's Empire images, logos, visuals, and other publicity material, under the following conditions:
- It is essential that such publicity material must always be associated with the visible official logo Sapphiria's Empire ( initial letters with crown ) or text "Sapphiria's Empire".
- It is forbidden under any circumstances to associate any text other than Sapphiria's Empire with these images, under penalty of prosecution.
- This right of use is valid only for Sapphiria's Empire products purchased through www.sapphiria-empire.com, owned by Stargate Enterprise.
It lapses for each of the articles concerned with effect from the last sale of said article.
- This right of use is valid for websites other than auction sites e.g. it is forbidden to use the Sapphiria's Empire images and logos on sites like eBay.
ARTICLE 12 - PRIVACY INFORMATION
Stargate Enterprise promises not to divulge to third parties information that you provide to us.
This is confidential.
It will only be used by our internal personnel for the handling of your order, particularly for the Newsletters to which you have subscribed.
Our adherence to the National Commission on Data Privacy, with the receipt of Declaration No. 1109741 and 1109744 guarantees confidential treatment of this information.

ARTICOLO 2 - DISPONIBILITA'
I termini di consegna dei prodotti variano in funzione dei nostri fornitori e sono indicati sul nostro sito Internet. I nostri stock, essendo gestiti in tempo reale, consentono di verificare la presenza degli articoli o la loro disponibilità per gli ordini.
Gli errori o le modifiche eccezionali sono indipendenti dalla nostra volontà e non possono essere attribuiti alla nostra responsabilità.
In caso di indisponibilità del prodotto in stock, dopo l'elaborazione del vostro ordine sarete informati tramite e-mail o posta al più presto possibile.

Nel caso di articoli consegnabili in tempi differenti, in considerazione della loro disponibilità, il termine di consegna si basa sul tempo più lungo.
Tuttavia, generalmente, gli articoli disponibili vengono spediti immediatamente.
Gli altri articoli sono oggetto di consegna fin dal ricevimento.
Sapphiria's Empire non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile delle conseguenze dovute a un ritardo di consegna.
3.2 Problemi di consegna
È opportuno verificare la conformità della merce fornita al momento della consegna e prima di firmare il buono di consegna, indicando su tale documento, in forma di riserve manoscritte, accompagnate dalla vostra firma, qualsiasi anomalia riguardante la consegna (difetti, prodotto danneggiato).

I reclami inviati oltre questo termine non potranno essere accettati.

3.3 Conformità o qualità
Ci impegniamo a rimborsare o sostituire i prodotti non corrispondenti al vostro ordine (difettosi o non conformi).
Dovrete comunicare tramite e-mail nel giorno di consegna, o entro i 2 giorni lavorativi successivi alla consegna, gli eventuali reclami relativi agli articoli non corrispondenti al vostro ordine (errore di consegna, non conformità dei prodotti).
